Crafting the ideal baked treat is a blend of artistry and precision, demanding a careful harmony of ingredients, oven temperature, and baking duration. Each creation is a labor of love, a reflection of my passion for baking an my pursuit of excellence. From the crisp outer layers to the soft, moist interior, every element of a baked treat's texture and flavor is meticulously assessed and refined.

If you are a cookie lover who appreciates a fresh-baked batch of cookies, high-quality ingredients and made-from-scratch baked goods; I'm glad you found me.

Whether you are a lover of chocolate chips, snickerdoodles, sesame tahini or triple chocolate ball cookies, join me as we go back to small, local businesses, creating healthier foods for and personal relationships with customers.

My journey with It Must Have Been the Bake began with a dream of owning a home-based bakery, a dream that has now become a reality. What started as baking cakes for my children's birthdays evolved into a love for cookies. Spurred on by the overwhelming praise and encouragement from friends and colleagues, I decided to share my cookies with others, (within NY state) offering them online and locally in bags, boxes, trays, and gift packaging.

At your service, I'm Alex Andrews.

Owner and baker at "It Must Have Been the Bake": your modern-day neighborhood bakery.
